If you said yes to one or all of these questions, cool! I want those things too! Let’s see if we can find them on this journey together.
So I don’t like people who pretend to have all the answers. I’m not going to pretend that I have them all either. I’m trying to figure stuff out just like you. 😮
I’ve learned a few things though. I think those things are helping me get closer to what I want. Maybe they’ll help you too.
But you have to believe they can. Did you know in a study where people were searching for a word in a newspaper, the people who thought they were lucky, had a higher rate of finding that word than people who thought they were unlucky. Can you spot the word star? 😉
It’s believed that people who expect good things to happen make their minds more aware of good things than those who don’t. In other words, if you’re looking out for butterflies, you’re more likely to see a butterfly. It’d be nice if our life could be as beautiful as a butterfly.
So start doing this today. Say these words to yourself. Some of you might be hesitant, but give it a chance.
“I expect good things to happen.” “Good things can happen to me.” “I can catch the right opportunities at the right time.” I speak words similar to this to myself throughout the day. I genuinely believe because of that mindset of expectancy I create, I see good things and make good things happen more. So try it! What have you got to lose?
And hey, if nothing else, it might make you feel good. 🙂
